Use and Accuracy of Information

Your use of any information or materials on this App/website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be held liable. It shall be your responsibility to ensure that any/all products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Subscription Policy
For apps that require a subscription, you will be extended a FREE Trial period allowing you ample time to try it's full functionalities and determine its usability to your daily scheduling needs, and other "quality of life" Inflight-related tools. Thereafter, your account will automatically be charged or will be redirected to pay the currently advertised subscription fee on a recurring annual basis.

Note for iOS users; The initial subscription fee is automatically charged to your Account upon Sign Up and during the Trial period. However, you have the option to cancel this payment up to 24 hours prior to the end of your Trial period. Once subscribed, you will have the same option to Cancel future renewals up to 24 hours prior to the end of the Subscription period.

Android users will be notified 10 days prior to Trial Expiration giving them the option to subscribe to a recurring annual subscription for continued service. Any remaining days within the Trial period will be transferred to the annual subscription period. Once subscribed, you will have the same option to Cancel future renewals up to 24 hours prior to the end of the Subscription period.

All Accounts settings can be managed in the My Account section of the App.

NO REFUND Policy
We have a strict NO REFUND policy. Each users are given an ample Trial period to try our App/service and determine it's usability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances from either party, we will consider on a case-by-case basis to issue a full or fractional refund. Considerations for initial subscriptions; no more than 60 days from Sign Up. For recurring subscriptions; no more than one half of time lapse of the subscription period.

Materials, Trademarks and Third Party Links
This App/website contains material which is owned by and/or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to; the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is expressly prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

All trademarks reproduced in this website, which are not the property of, or licensed to the operator, are acknowledged on the App/website.

Unauthorized use of this App/website may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
